What the game does

• It runs entirely offline: it opens no network connection.
• It contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, no analytics and no tracking identifiers.
• It requests access to no device resource: no location, photos, contacts, microphone or camera.
• It requires no account and knows neither your name nor your email address.

What stays on your iPhone

Two small files, in the app's private storage: your current game and your sound settings (volume, mute). They are sent neither to the publisher nor to anyone else. They are part of your iPhone's backups (iCloud or computer), like any app data, and are removed when you delete the game.

Buying on the App Store

The game is sold on the App Store: Apple processes your purchase under its own privacy policy. The publisher only receives aggregated, anonymous figures from Apple (sales per country, for example) and, if you agreed to let your iPhone share analytics with developers, anonymous crash reports.

This website

This website sets no cookies, uses neither your browser's storage nor any analytics, and loads nothing from another site: texts, images and the font are served by its own hosting.

If you write to support

Your email address, your message and whatever you choose to include are used only to reply to you. Legal basis: the publisher's legitimate interest in answering the requests it receives. Retention: for the exchange, then at most one year after your last message. Recipient: the publisher only; messages are stored by its email provider, OVH SAS (France), dans l'Union européenne.

Server logs

Like any web server, the website host's server (OVH SAS — RCS Lille Métropole 424 761 419) records connections: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser. Purpose: the security and proper operation of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: according to the host's rules and legal obligations. The publisher only looks at them in case of an outage or abuse, and never to measure traffic.

No data is sold or used for advertising or profiling.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict its use or to object to it, by writing to contact@airlineempire.fr. You will get an answer within one month at most. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr), or with the authority of your own country.

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page, with its date. See also the legal notice.
